Falling prices in the US - effects elsewhere?

I like to see some more details on the current milk prices in North
America and EU and the impact the lower prices to milk producers in these
regions on the dairy sector in Australia and NZ.
I understand that in the US, forward prices for milk deliveries to
the dairy plants have come down very significantly.
Are we going to see significant loss in farmer incomes?
